Earthcom, a leader in wireless communication is looking for team members to perform service work in Oklahoma. Based out of the Lansing, Michigan, Earthcom has been providing service in Oklahoma for the past several years and is now looking to expand our services to assist with the maintenance and or construction of cell towers in the Oklahoma market.

**This is not a job, this is a career with opportunities that will reach beyond climbing and working on towers.

Must be willing and able to climb towers/structures and perform work at heights in excess of 200 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
Previous industry recognized tower climbing certification(s) required
Tower/Rescue / TTT1 (preferred)/First-Aid-CPR/RF/OSHA 10
Frequent travel out of town required, hotel and per diem provided
Previous construction experience and or good mechanical aptitude preferred
Pay range: $22+ based on experience. Potential for rapid advancement after 90 day training period.
Potential for bonuses
Must possess valid driverâ€™s license (chauffer or CDL license plus DOT medical card) and have acceptable driving history
Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Earthcom, a leader in wireless communication, is looking for experienced or inexperienced team members to join our Cellular Tower services team. Based out of the Lansing, MI area, Earthcom is looking to develop a Tower Technician team to assist with the maintenance of cell towers in the Michigan market.

Immediate openings available for Fiber Optic (Underground and aerial) Cable Installers/Laborers. Lansing based company is seeking individuals for Telecommunications Construction projects throughout Michigan and the Midwest region.

Must be willing and able to perform various basic manual labor tasks while working outdoors
Previous construction and equipment (mini excavator/directional drill) operation experience a plus
Must be willing and able to travel out of town overnight
Must possess a valid chauffeur license (CDL with air brake endorsement a plus) and DOT Med Card
Must have acceptable driving record.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Starting pay range: $18 + based upon experience. Potential for rapid advancement after 90-day training period.
